1. Eligibility for Returns

- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
3. Return Process

- You may need to provide photos of the item(s) showing the damage or issue for verification.
- Once your return is approved, you will be guided on how to send the product back to us.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only if the returned item meets our return eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or via store credit, as agreed upon.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), SodaiPolly will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
